YAW Series Compression Testing Machine
Computer controlled servo-hydraulic concrete compression testing machine is mainly used for the various materials compression test. Such as cement, concrete, brick of diverse materials, rubber tray, concrete component, metal component anti-compress strength.
This kind of machine consists of load frame, servo oil source, control cabinet, computer and printer etc. It adopts hydraulic load, oil pressure transducer to measure load, auto controls the testing process by PC-Hydraulic servo system. PC screen displaysthe test data and curve, with data analysis, storage and print function.
功能及结构简述
⊙YAW-300B微机控制电液式水泥压力试验机主要用于水泥胶砂的抗压强度试验。
⊙该试验机整机主要由主机、油源电控柜及计算机打印机等组成。该机采用液压加荷、油压传感器测力、PC机—电液比例控制技术，自动控制试验进程。试验过程完全符合GB/T17671-1999《水泥胶砂强度检验方法》（ISO法）的要求，专用计算机软件实现了全屏幕中文窗口显示，实时显示试验力、试验力峰值、试验力—时间曲线，可进行数据处理、储存及打印。
⊙试验机主机由上横梁、下横梁、两根立柱组成一个固定的框架，油缸活塞用螺钉固定在下横梁上，以上为主机的主要组成部分，用螺钉固定在底座上。
⊙液压系统原理：电磁换向阀的作用是快速回油，手动阀组不仅可以手动控制活塞的升、降，还为电液比例阀提供一个稳定的压差，使电液比例节流阀成为电液比例调速阀，实现了手动控制与自动控制的并联，具体工作过程是：电机带动油泵旋转，油箱内的液压油经油泵加压后进入滤油器，过滤后的油液经手动阀或比例阀控制进入油缸的流量来控制试验过程。阀前来油经节流阀进入高压油腔，起密封和减少油缸及活塞间摩擦力的作用。
