Overview
The Property Connection Set connects a Digicat signal transmitter to the live electricity mains cable within the property in order to apply a signal to it. This will enable you to then trace that specific cable around the outside of the property.
Applications
If you are carrying out excavation work in close proximity to a building the Property Connection Kit will help you to locate the electricity cable for that building before excavation work.
You plus the Property Connection Kit in as close to the consumer unit as possible and the other end of the connector into a Digicat signal transmitter. Then set your Digicat and Digitex to the same operating mode (8kHz or 33 kHz) to trace the electricity cable away from the property.
The Property Connection Kit is ideal for:
- Quickly and easily identifying the electricity cable
- In highly congested areas of buried utilities.
