Introduction:

Chuo Precision Industrial Co. Ltd. is manufacturing and providing many kinds of stages as a stage maker to fulfill customers’ needs.

We have been traditionally providing many kinds of stages with clear purposes and applications with specifications, so the customers can select and use the right stage for their purpose.
In addition, for superior compatibilities with our automatic stages, we use same mounting standard holes and mounting screws on our stages.
In order to offer the better to our customers, we are making our best efforts day by day to reduce the cost in designs and manufacturing.

Features:

• Because of the clear orientation of specifications such as stage surface size, transfer amount, transfer precision, and cost are set, selecting a stage that satisfy the purpose is easily done.
• Locations of mounting screw holes on the stage surface and ones on the basal plane have compatibility. Therefore, any combination of stages is available for the customers’ purposes.
• Most stages have the clamp mechanism as their standard specification.
• We provide good after-sales service and support system.

Size of the stage surface

Stage sizes of our manual stages are basically as shown in the following table.

Location and size of holes on the lower surface of the basic stages are standardized as shown in Fig. 1. Please utilize this feature when combining various stages. In addition, please increase the plane precision of the components that are attached to the stage. Some stages cannot achieve its best performance when the attaching component does not have enough plane precision structurally.

Location and size of holes on the upper surface of the basic stages are standardized as shown in Fig. 2. Location and size of screws on the upper surface of the stage and holes on the lower surface of the stage are compatible to each other. Therefore, combination of various stages is available. Please utilize this feature for combining products and attaching the customer’s mounting item (such as a sample). In addition, please increase the plane precision of the components that are attached to the stage. Some stages cannot achieve its best performance when the attaching component does not have enough plane precision structurally.
